Colours: Nail Spa & Waxing

I am not the type of person to leave bad reviews but unfortunately I would like to warn other woman about the experience I encountered at this place. I went into Colours to get acrylics removed! The lady I got didn't seem to know what she was doing, she drilled my nail to the point where it began to hurt and I spoke up but no action was made. Besides her drilling my nail to much she buffed them with acrylic still on my nail ( I went to remove them.... and left with acrylic on my nails) If you'd like to test this place out I recommend Phoebe, she was the one who originally did my acrylics & did an amazing job!!!

I went to Colours for a full gel set. My tech was very nice. However during the filing process she cut part of my nail bed. She noticed, apologized, but did nothing to prevent the bleeding. I now have an infection in my nail bed... I did have to go back and get my nails cut down and reshaped as they ended up being too long. I called a few hours after my appointment and whomever answered the phone was just rude. If you’re looking for good customer service, this is not the place.

I first started coming to Colours back in 2018 to get my eyebrows fixed, after a technician from another salon had destroyed them to a point where I thought they would never be fixed. A few days later, I decided to take it up myself to find someone who could help to potentially save them. Linda went ahead and fixed them up within minutes and gave me the beautiful shape that I still have today. Five years later, and I still only go to Linda for my eyebrows. I would never trust anyone else to touch them. Linda has NEVER done a bad job. I also get pedicures at this salon, which are always worth it! They take their time, give you what you ask for, and don’t try to sell you any sort of product or service, like other salons normally do. Colours in Worcester never ever fails to satisfy! It is clean, immaculate, has great hours, and a WONDERFUL staff who I can’t compliment enough!!!!! I truly cannot recommend Linda enough to those in search of a good wax. Always a great experience here. Every tech I’ve used has been pleasant and professional. Colours is clean!!! This is so important. The only downside for me is that they removed their drying stations during Covid and haven’t put them back. If I’m paying $$ for a pedicure, I really want it dry when I leave. I understand they keep them removed as a way of minimizing the spread of all germs, and I really do appreciate that, but I also really want a dry pedicure
